There are four fields to fill in on this screen (you may ignore host type). First give the profile a name. This can be anything. Then enter the host, username, and password for the hosting account. Once this is completed click the 'OK' button at the bottom and WS_FTP will try to connect to the hosting account. To continue this tutorial click the 'OK' button in the screenshot below.:
