Started as a two-person reseller business running cPanel boxes for local clients in Tier-2 India.
First DC migration
Moved off third-party datacenters into our own racks with redundant power and direct upstreams.
Reseller-hosting platform
Launched white-label hosting for studios and agencies. Built the first internal billing system.

Pager rotation across the engineering team — no tier-one, no scripts, every ticket sees an engineer.
SAN backup mesh
Continuous SAN replication came online. 1-Minute Restore became the default, not an upsell.
In-house control panel
After two decades of reselling someone else's panel, we built our own — the one we wanted to use.
