FAQ

The honest answers
to the obvious questions.

Compiled from the questions sales and support actually hear most often. If yours is not here, write to us — we will add it.

Getting started
How quickly can I get a site online?

Sign up → cart → pay → your control panel is live in under sixty seconds. Free SSL provisions the moment your DNS resolves (so within minutes of your domain pointing at us).

Do I need to bring a domain, or can you register one?

Either works. The cart will register a fresh domain alongside your hosting (one bill), or you point an existing domain at our nameservers. We never lock domains to hosting — keep one without the other anytime.

Can you migrate my site from another host?

Yes, free of charge, on every plan. Send us cPanel/Plesk backup credentials or a tarball and we move files, databases, mailboxes, DNS and SSL. Median migration time is under an hour for sites under 10 GB.

Plans & pricing
Is the price I see at sign-up the price I renew at?

Yes. We do not do introductory pricing. The number on the cart is what you pay this year, next year, and the year after — unless we change the price publicly, in which case existing customers stay grandfathered.

What is the difference between Yearly and 2-Year billing?

Yearly is the standard cycle. 2-Year unlocks the "3rd year free" offer — you pay 24 months upfront, you get 36 months of service. Same plan, same panel, lower effective monthly cost.

How does the NEW10 coupon work?

NEW10 takes 20% off your first invoice — hosting, domain, SSL, anything in the cart. It stacks on top of the cycle discount (Yearly/2-Year). Applied automatically once you reach the cart, no manual entry needed.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later without losing data?

Tier changes are in-place. Click upgrade, confirm prorated charge, the panel reconfigures behind the scenes. No file moves, no IP changes, no downtime. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you do not lose paid-for resources mid-cycle.

Control panel & technical
Do I get cPanel, Plesk, or your own panel?

Shared Linux hosting uses cPanel. Windows + ASP.NET uses Plesk Obsidian. Both are standard, both are familiar to anyone who has run a site before. Our in-house panel — designed from scratch — is rolling out to customers from late 2026; existing accounts can opt in.

Which PHP versions do you support, and can I switch per site?

PHP 7.4 through 8.3 are available on every Linux plan. Switch per domain from the panel. Older versions stay available for legacy customers but are not recommended for new deploys.

Do you support SSH access and Git deploys?

SSH is included on every Linux plan from Gold and above (Silver gets SFTP). cPanel ships with a Git versioning module — push to a hosted repo and a post-receive hook deploys to your doc-root. For Java, we provision a WebDeploy endpoint on request.

What is the 1-Minute Restore?

Every write to your account is mirrored to a second SAN array in real time. If you delete a file, drop a table, or get hacked, our support engineer can restore your account to a point in the last 30 days within sixty seconds — granular to a single file if you ask.

Billing & invoices
Do invoices have GST?

Yes. Add your GSTIN at sign-up (or in the dashboard later) and every invoice carries your GSTIN, our GSTIN, HSN 998314, and a clean CGST/SGST or IGST split. You can claim ITC normally.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI (all apps), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Rupay), net banking from 60+ Indian banks, and Indian wallets. International cards via Stripe. Razorpay and CCAvenue handle the gateway side — we never see card details.

How does auto-renewal work?

Opt-in only. After your first successful payment we ask if you want to enable autopay for future renewals — if you do, we charge the same payment method four days before expiry. You can switch it off from the dashboard at any time, no email needed.

Support
Who answers when I open a ticket?

An engineer on our team in India. No tier-one filtering, no chatbot, no callback queue. Median first reply is eleven minutes during business hours, under thirty minutes overnight. Phone, email, and panel-ticket all reach the same team.

What if I need help with something WordPress-specific, not infrastructure?

Within reason, we help. Plugin conflicts, "site is white", database corruption — yes. Building a custom theme — no. The cut-off is roughly: anything that involves us writing custom application code is outside scope; everything that involves making your site run is in scope.
